Simply said, TweetBurner is Feedburner for Twitter. TweetBurner tracks the link you post both on Twitter and FriendFeed. An account is needed for logging into TweetBurner and analyzing the statistics. However, no login is required for shortening an URL.


What does it do?

TweetBurner lets you to shorten URLs and also tracks the URLs to check out how many people have clicked on the links. It does this by tracking how many times the URL was used to transport someone to the destination website. The URL shortening service used here is twurl. TweetBurner also gives you a list of Top 10 URLs clicked in the last hour and also the most popular twurls.
