GeoChirp - Locate people on Twitter by using a map

GeoChirp is a simple map based tool for locating Tweeples within a specific geography. GeoChirp can be innovatively used for marketing. The user clicks on an area in the map and with the specified keyword entered, he can find out people within a radius of 1-50Kms. from the area who tweet with the specified keyword. Didnt get it?


For example, if you want to know Tweeples who tweet about "Social Media" in New York. You click on New York in the map either switching Universal Search ON or OFF and then filter your search results by using the keyword, Social Media in this case. BAM! Within a few seconds, you are presented with Tweeples tweeting about Social Media in and around New York.

GeoChirp is a mashup of Twitter and Google Maps with Auto Refresh capability. The users can also subsribe for an RSS Feed of their search results. So once, GeoChirp finds out some news users for your specified search query, you are immediately intimated.
