The user is a presented with the map containing the latest status update a particular person has made with their location in any part of the earth. Also, the latest tweets are also presented before you if the particular user is tweeting at that time. The site asks for your Twitter username and password before letting you to view the tweets. If you dont enter the above requisites, you are just presented with the Google Map.
I noticed this : I entered the username of Ashton Kutcher (@aplusk). But the map showed the tweets of different people along with their location from their respective parts of the world which seems similar to Twittervision which we discussed earlier. Then, I tried again with Smashing Magazine's (@smashingmag). I got the same result.
